I said two days ago that I am not Superman. But would it be cool that you have a super power?

What is a super power? It is a unique ability beyond the human norm. 

If you can have a superpower, what would it be?

If you ask me, these are the coolest super powers to have.

Shapeshifters - the ability at will to change shape or form

Body thief - the ability to transfer your soul to another person or to possess/ inhabit another person

Mind control  - the ability to attract people and control people’s mind 

Immortality - the ability to be reborn, never die or get sick and be young forever.

Self-heal - the ability to regenerate

Time travel - the ability to travel to time or stop time at its track

Multiplicity - the ability to be in two or more places at one time, or replicate oneself

The Rotonda

This is Bonifacio Monument or commonly known as Monumento. I took a few photos from a distance. I can't get closer because of the rotonda's busy traffic and I don't want to risks getting caught by the traffic aids, or worst, getting mauled by speeding jeepneys.

There is no great end. I am not bound to hell. There is no above or below. Only time and space matters. I exist because of fate and God is a culmination of a thousand possibilities.

The old has no more place in this world. Its time for new ideas, new ways and new ideology. It is time for man to defy the globe and claim outer space.

Don't want to be bound in doom. Set me free from your selfish reasons. If we stay here; you live. If we wake up; you crumble to the ground.

I am not Superman

You can only improve your self 1% a day. 

If more than that, you are Superman. 

So just try anything new each day.

Investing

I have started investing in the stock market a year ago. I wish I had done it sooner as in 20 years ago. I would have made millions by now. 

Today, I am buying some of my favorite stocks. 

The economy seem to look bright ahead. The market is performing well for the past few weeks.  Love seeing my unrealized gain grow. I had to pep talk myself not to start selling. Come on PSEi, continue to do good.

It is the 1st day of the Digital Influencer BootCamp, a free e-learning on how you can build your influence online. It is great to learn about this kind of stuff because  social media is a must now a days. 

And since I am a blogger and a social media user, there is only one way for me to evolve and that is to be an influencer. 

What I learned from this is that a digital influencer is a responsible human being who is not afraid to be him/ her self and share his or her story. People loves stories. Telling your story is the way to connect and influence others. It takes courage and also creativity to make others notice. Don't be afraid to be outrageous. Isn't that one awesome piece of advice?

Today is the start of American Idol 12. We have a new set of judges. The Mariah-Nikki collide is so entertaining. Would you agree? And in the middle of it all is Keith who is not happy with the current sitting arrangement. Then you have Randy,  veteran judge. Now that makes an interesting foursome.

Watch out for WGWGs (white guys with guitars). They might not show most of the auditions, but I am sure there would be a lot of guys who will try out with their guitars on hand. It's been the winning formula for the past 5 seasons.

I updated some blogs today. I also created a new one today which will showcase  on my passion on mobile and panorama photography. 

I am thinking of blogging something that is very personal and private. I have been asking myself this question for a while now. "How do I conquer myself?" I do wish to find the answer to this by blogging about it. I haven't decided yet. 

Why do I do these things? I don't want to be popular but I want to succeed and do well. I do this as an outlet. I just want to write.

Here are some thoughts floating on my mind while I was having fun taking photos of Luni, my Siamese cat.
It doesn't seem to make sense. I just want to harvest as much as I can before it goes out of the feed stream of my brain's thought wall.

Time is infinite so why do we need to rush it? Because your lifetime is short.

So, do we need to rush? Or do we need to take our time?

I say...

Take your time to enjoy life.

Make each moment count.

Enjoy with a purpose in mind.

I think that would make the ride twice the fun.

In an online marketing seminar, I learned that an important aspect of being a marketer is working yourself to becoming a better version of you. And one way to accomplish this is to watch a lot of self-improvement videos. One rich resource of such videos is TedTalk on YouTube.

An online marketer also needs to know very well is his/her target customers. Moreover, a marketer should know what they want. If you deliver on these front, then you will become valuable to them.

One way to promote your physical business is through Foursquare. You can also promote your business location using Facebook places.

Think day!

I clean all morning. Too much dust everywhere. When my mind is so clouded and when in a thinking state of mind, I clean. 

The air tells a promise of rain. I really love the rain. A little drizzle and not too much. The dust cloud would soon settle. I feel at peace knowing that.

After lunch, I walk around Monumento and took a few panoramic shots. I walk some more from one mall to another.

I search around for toys and figurines to search for a spark. I just wanted to find some inspiration.

I found some things of interests. An old man, r2d2, metal stick man, and a smiley ball.

I had thoughts but no resolve. My left leg aches but pain doesn't matter to one who loves the walk.

I did not spend much time in front of the laptop today. It felt good not sitting down for long hours. No webinars! It is nice to spend a day like this once in a while and let the senses roam wild. Still the search continues...

Life

In this second Thursday of 2013, I realize that I should do things that I don't want to do.

Life only knows one direction and it is forward. Time is her spouse.

Don't go against life; but go where the direction it sends you.

So why struggle to reach the shore?

Finding a better me

I don't know how would I introduce myself.  I feel embarrass to say. I would like to say something like having an online business which I sell awesome products and services. 

Thinking of something a long the line.

My dreams are so hazy like ghosts. They floating at every corner of my mind flashing a danger sign at me. I need to be the Ghostbuster!

I set my alarm clock an hour early so I can have a early head start everyday.

I went out today 'cause I needed open space. I took some photos using my phone. Its size is something I need to get use to. I took some panoramic shots which is the shot feature I really like in my phone camera. However, it doesn't have a tilt shift feature. 

Tilt shift makes small objects big in a photograph. It also makes objects come alive. Usually it is used to shoot toys to achieve a life-like effect. Thus it is also called the toy function. 

I went to my favorite WiFi hangout and downloaded the following apps:

PicsArt doesn't have a tilt shift function but it does have a lot of photo editing effect which is so cool to play around with.

Random Thoughts

I want to write everything now. Many thoughts are in my mind right now like cars on the rush hours of Manila. I wish my mind has a recorder attach to it to account every bit of thought.

My mind is full of bits and pieces of the past and the future.
Past pains, past love and opportunities that have slipped away in parallel worlds of me.

What would happen if I did it differently. Would I be better of now? All what ifs. 

Plans

And those with no plans are subjected to those with plans.

I just finish doing a mind map of my plans for this year. I made it in an hour or so. The ease of doing it was surprising to me. It is like flowing water. But while I was doing it, I had doubts and a bit of fear sets in. But I had fun doing it and I finished it. It was such a relief. 

Looking at it, I felt the potential of my worth. I saw a glimpse of the future. It was a bright and sunny day.

Dreams

Time is not something I should waste. 

The goal is to accomplish something significant this year. 

Dreams. Time to list them. 

Prioritize. See which is feasible. 

Focus.

Moving Forward to 2013

I need to move forward. I need to give up this 10 things so I can start the relearning process and change old habits and attitudes. It might take some time, but I know it be worth it. Live, learn from the past and move forward.
